Inside your password protected employers workstation are options for management of your candidate recruitment efforts. Each resume you view can be saved for later use. You can leave person comments to your self all of which are archived for later review or for sharing information between recruiters on a candidate.
Your workstation will provide you with information on a given saved candidate until the next round of recruting through views that give you stats on the popularity of a resume, access to the candidate with onsite personal messaging, commentary and contact call logging, follow-up scheduling and other options you select.
